Our Pool Net Covers meet the highest safety and quality standards. The net is made up of virgin polyethylene materialand is machine tied and heat stented.
We are the only company that offer 5mm net while other companies in the market offer 4mm or 3.5mm nets. The net has multiple strands of virgin nylon with the break strength of each strand being more than 100 pounds, it also has a UV protection covering. Overall the net is very strong and durable.
The CTS is a group of pulleys in the center of the net cover that allows to apply or release the tension of the net. It helps in installing or removing the net with ease! The pulleys used in CTS are made up of glass filled nylon with Stainless Steel (SS 316) pins and the CTS Cord is made up of braided polyester.
We offer 4 color options: Blue, Black, Dark Brown and Beige (Tan).
We have the Ratchet Tool and the Titan Tool which are used to apply tension to the nets CTS (Central Tension System). The ratchet is used where the pool is small in size like a spa, Jacuzzi or water feature or where the customer is looking for less price option.
We also have Round Loop Tool which is used on the spas or smaller pools where the net is installed without CTS. The lack of CTS gives the net a cleaner look and also speeds up the process of removing and installing the net!
Roller helps the user to roll the net on and off the pool. Our rollers are made up of furniture grade PVC material which is very strong, impact resistant and non-toxic. It comes with steel reinforcement to reduce the friction and eliminate the binding issue. The rollers have glossy surface finish!
Key Hole Brass anchorsare the standard anchors used for most of the pools. However, different types of anchors are used to suit the requirements of the different pool types or customer preferences.
The threaded brass anchors with round loops are used when a net is installed without CTS. These anchors stick up when in use but can be screwed down to flush when not in use.
The composite anchors are used when the net is to be installed on more sensitive material like tiles or WPC decking. These anchors are also used when the customer wants to minimize the size of the holes drilled into the decking!
Wall anchors are used when the net needs to be anchored to the vertical surface or where there is elevation difference in the surface.
